Alcúdia Jazz Festival

September 5 - September 26

From September 5 to 26, 2026, the 27th Alcúdia Jazz Festival takes place, one of the best-known music events of late summer in Mallorca. For almost a month, the festival brings together top jazz, soul, funk, and other artists. Best of all, many concerts are held outdoors, making the most of the great weather on the island at this time of year.

Why is this festival worth going to?

  • Open-air concerts: Performances take place in courtyards and open spaces, perfect for enjoying summer nights.
  • Historic venues: Combine music at the Auditori d’Alcúdia with performances right in the 14th-century walled old town.
  • Intimate atmosphere: The venues aren’t huge, so you can see and hear everything up close.

A perfect time to visit Alcúdia

September is one of the best months to travel to the north of Mallorca. There aren’t as many people as in July or August, the heat is more pleasant, and it’s much quieter. You can spend the day at the beach, stroll around town, and have dinner on a terrace before the concert. If you want to plan your trip well and see the best places to visit, we recommend taking a look at this complete guide to Alcúdia.

Where to stay during the festival

To enjoy the festival at your own pace, with no rush, having your own place to stay is the best option. That way, you can go to the beach in the morning, rest, and head out to the concerts in the evening. If you’re looking for somewhere for those dates, check out this list of places to stay in Alcúdia, with several options depending on what you need:

  • Villas with a private pool if you’re after peace and quiet.
  • Houses in the historic centre so you can walk to the concerts.
  • Apartments near the beach to combine sea and music.

Where to buy tickets

Tickets for the concerts can be bought directly at the venue box office or on the official Auditori d’Alcúdia website. We recommend booking in advance because some open-air concerts have limited capacity.
